Who can fix a carb bank on  KZ 1300?

any GOOD vintage bike techs in or around the area can collect repair and re deliver a 79 KZ1300 I sold to a customer up that way who is having issues, bike ran fine when it left here but its taken a turn for the worse and wont run on all six
pick up repair and bill me, I dont like unhappy customers but I need somebody trustworthy, carbs were re built a few months ago so I am not sure what is going on, I would rather pay more for a guy who knows what he is doing than pay less for a guy who thinks he knows what he is doing if that makes sense?
