One of the many attributes of this great motorcycle, the Valkyrie, has been and continues to be its unique  ability to connect its riders in a way much greater than just being mere aquanitences who ride the same motorcycle. I, like many on here have had the privilege of not only meeting many fantastic folks across this continent simply by choosing to ride a bike that really stands out from the crowd, but also to make some very close, lifelong friends through this association. In particular for me, our Valhalla group up here has been a source of such friendships... even though most of us are spread out geographically to a point where weekly or even monthly meetups are not possible, friendships have have been forged that go far beyond motorcycling for the Mrs and me over the years.
This photo of most of  "the guys" was taken at last year's annual Valhalla ralley in Merritt, BC and includes the smattering of us here in BC, the two groups from Eastern WA and Western WA, and the more recent additions to our Valhalla family, the boys from ID.

I love all the recent posts initiated by KLB that have generated such great photos of our bikes past and present for everyone to enjoy. What's your favorite group photo of Valkyrie Friends?

Whatever it is, it's better in the wind.

On a road less traveled.

Looking forward to the next one, hopefully all will align for us to make it.

Nice crew. The shirts may put you in the Boogaloos category though.

Story behind the shirts... our friend Redline from Western WA (4th from Right, back row) has always had a propensity for wearing a Hawaiin shirt on the evenings of our  Valhalla meetups over the years. A few years ago, the rest of us pre-planned to surprise him, and we all walked out for the traditional Saturday evening firepit session wearing our own. It's now one of the traditions of this great annual meetup.

Those are the kind of traditions that build bonds that can't be broken.

I remember that ride Mike.  cooldude

There's Don (Highbinder), Mark (3fan), and me (old shiny head).

All my people are from the northern WVa panhandle (the few left alive).
