2014 Valkyrie 1800

Seminole, Florida

« on: December 05, 2020, 03:35:03 PM »

Haven't had time to spend with my bike since I brought her home, although finished deep cleaning her a little bit at a time. I was concerned with the Honda black paint issues, although after a fine compound, cleaner wax and sealer I see no issues with this paint. Hopefully it will stay this way. It had slight surface corrosion on the mirrors and valve covers from sitting outside at the dealer as a used bike. Everything came off with my old Valkyrie 1500 White Diamonds Chrome polish, even the bolt heads all as new. I am shocked at the overall condition and price. I stole this new 7 year old bike.

And of course the warning stickers removed, came off very easy must have been garaged away from the elements.

The pics of your Red 2015 is what gave me the fever, I searched endlessly and none really met my standards. It's not Red, but I'm happy.

Thanks Jack Wink

Honda quality.  cooldude
My Valk never sits in the elements when not on a ride and for a
six year old motorcycle with almost 50,000mi. it doesn't show it's age.

It's not Red, but I'm happy.

Mine's not Blue, but I'm happy  Wink ... I went to four Honda shops
before one would let me test ride, so I bought the one he had -
black...

Nice!  Looks like you have too much time on your hands to do such a spectacular job!! Smiley

If you wouldn't mind coming over and detailing my bike.  I'll be doing both my bikes in the spring, they really need it.

I really love the black Valkyrie but my F6B is black so, my first choice was red then blue, black and maroon when I bought all colors were available. All colors look great.
So what is the FASTEST color?

Your F6B is one of the sharpest I've seen. Especially the Dragon shot showing off the red highlights and LED lighting. Super sharp bike cooldude
