Couldn't get a pic of the Valk in front of the altitude sign, so took a pic of the GPS showing altitude and a pic of the sign at the bottom:

I've also ridden Mt. Evans and several other high places, but pics would take some looking.

Not me (Obviously), and this has been posted here a few times, but this Japanese gentleman's trip was awesome.... A Valkyrie at Mt. Everest base camp: (5220 meters is 17,126 feet in proper measurement!)

They do but there is a loss of power.

More throttle and use a lower octane gas.

The top of Mt. Evans... dismounted long enough to take that snap, then high-tailed it back down the hill! Took a nap while I waited for the group to find me at the gift shop! Altitude really kicked my arse on that ride to the high country!

My highest points has definitely been Meet in the Middles, Hillbilly Highways, Inzanes in the parking lots at night, doing my best to keep up with the beers and shots and the shine, and funny stories until the wee hours (when the management comes out and tells us to quiet the hell down or they'll call the cops) (go ahead and call them, we got enough beer for them too!).

I never rode my bike that late (and blasted), as I had a hard enough time just finding my foot, and then my room as it was.

Joe May's stories (on those occasions) are enough to give you a double hernia by laughter.  Like the girl he met who he thought had a birthmark, but later discovered it was just a tick.   2funny

Probably not the highest point you had in mind.

Did great. No issues really. Had a very slight loss of power with the Tourer at the top of Pike's Peak an don't recall any issues at all with the interstate on Mt. Evan.

The herd of mountain goats at the summit of Mt. Evan? They were an issue. Finally had to ride right through them. They brought reinforcements for my way down. Was pretty interesting.
