I have no idea why there are different numbers for that part.
But if you want to get a petcock that will work for you bike that does not have the vacuum port, strictly on off like a Pingle check the below link. Ad says it is made in Japan and much cheaper than original.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/CBR600-F4-Hurricane-GL1500-Valkyrie-1500-New-K-L-Fuel-Petcock-Asy-0139-003-/184330844208

I have been using the same one on my bike for 1.5 years with no issues.

I think that Honda has gone to multiple vendors for spare parts.
Std/Tourer petcocks start with 16950-MZ0-xxx.
Interstate petcocks start with 16950-MBY-xxx

I'd like to know why some of them are marked "auto"? ... anywho...
I've rebuilt mine twice since 2007, I'm a fan of the OEM petcock
and its vacuum features.

Not sure why Honda changes part numbers, but I see this phenomenon with all sorts of Honda Motorcycle parts while searching through their microfiche.

Mike, we may be in the minority, but I'm a fan of the OEM petcock as well...them Honda engineers are pretty smart!
