I am not aware of an online manual and have searched for one. I have seen manuals and service manuals for sale usually between $30 to $40 plus roughly $6 to $7 shipping on eBay.  The F6C forum had a thread regarding this, you will have to search for it I don't remember where it was and one of the members is offering if you need specific information from the service manual he would be willing to get that information to you. He did state that he is not willing to copy an entire manual and it would be illegal to do so. but if you needed some things specific for a specific job he would be willing to help with that.
