The political debate is flirting with civil war as progressives in Congress and on social media gang up to censor conservative viewpoints. Citizens have no confidence in their elected representatives, the legal system, the media, or each other. Public officials encourage disrespect for the laws they are sworn to defend. Our cities are being torn apart with rioting, looting, and arson as mayors and governors encourage the breakdown of civil order. There is no doubt that our government does not run the way it was intended. Congress seems incapable of doing the country's business. What has it accomplished in the last four years aside from the ridiculous impeachment of the president and sending our tax money to countries that call us names? Using the coronavirus as an excuse, government is trying to insinuate itself into every facet of our lives. As we allow the government to tell us when we can leave our homes, when we can go to work, and under what circumstances we can run our businesses, we relinquish more and more of our independence.

I am afraid you are right in your analysis.
I have told my wife the same and followed it up by saying, because of age, I will not be here to see the real end of our freedoms and the end of the United States of America as the bastion of freedom that is was for the world for the last 200 plus years.
My children will see the changes and, since they both voted for Biden, they shall reap what they have helped sow.
I have thought, over the last few weeks, what steps I should/can take to mitigate what is going to happen and while I have some plans and courses of actions I shall never make them public.
It is truly a sad day for this once great Republic.
And for those of you who think the coming changes are needed and will be beneficial to our country I say you are greatly deluded.

I've seen Our once great Country on a down hill slide since I detached from the U S Navy in early 1968. b & h Are more obama. You notice even When Trump IS POTUS it's STILL called obama care. obama NEVER cared for OUR COUNTRY and neither do b & h and ALL their brethren. I actually pity the younglings when they Finally realize-FAR TOO LATE-that fairy tales are just that-fairy tales. In this case the LIES from the prolatariot. They will also realize-Again FAR TOO LATE-they are NOT a part of the ruling class. They will be in FACT amongst those supporting the ruling class and I shudder to think of their consequences. we shall see if all doom and gloom in the coming few years.... way to look on the bright side of things for once? I too am a very pessimistic type person vs. an optimist. It will be faster than a few years. Less than a year into it the will claim Biden is not mentally capable of being president. Harris will take over and Biden will disappear. |

that's what the German people thought after they elected hitler. maybe u should read biden and nancy's agendas and the people biden is putting into power. did u listen/read harris agenda when she was running for president and everybody hated her and she was getting very low votes and then dropped out? u do know she was raised in socialist canada and learned nothing about America growing up. |
