I concur with many things said in this thread and I mourn for the America I grew up in and I fear for my children's America. She is with a small group of protesters at the top of some stairs, blocked by a barricaded double door with glass on top that has already been broken (two narrower panes).  They are looking through, and either alone or with some help lifting her up (the smaller person) she begins to try and fit through the narrow window, when a hand with extended pistol comes into view from very close, from around the left side of the door (almost certainly not seen, and with no audible warning to stop or get back), and he shoots her high through the neck (as her head was likely just poking through or in the open window).

The strange thing is that moments before this, a group of about 3-5 swat team guys with ARs have just walked up the stairs behind the group of protesters standing there, and is mingling with them and is not yelling at them to stop or go back down the stairs, or anything.  It's not even clear if the girl (or the guy(s) who helped lift her up to the window) even knew the swat guys had come up behind them as their backs were turned and they were right on the door.

You cannot know from the video whether any earlier warning had been given, but it seems unlikely if an armed man had showed himself and pointed his firearm at them, and told them to not come through the door, she would have just jumped up to squeeze through anyway.   Pure ambush.

The shot has been criticized for being made toward fellow policeman, but you can see from the video, the shooter comes from hidden to the left of the door (looking through from outside), so it was at a crossing angle across the door, and not through the doorway at all.  Thus the neck shot, from about 3 feet.  

The criticism should be for a fatal, deadly, point blank shooting with no crime committed other than simple trespassing and maybe destruction of property (which I'm sure could be theatrically enhanced) .  With no apparent warning of any kind.  None of these people had been shown to be armed, with anything.  There may have been flash bangs heard elsewhere.  Her head was not armed as it came through the window, and her hands empty.

Then, as people are tending to the dying girl on the floor (swat and protesters), one of the swat guys on her side of the door gives the thumbs up to the shooter though the window.

There will certainly be no charge (but maybe a civil suit).  I hope the shooter can live with himself.  That was some fine work there buddy.  I'm sure that girl put you in imminent fear of your life or great bodily injury.

Do you mean like the supposed feeble old man who walked up to a moving police line and was pushed by the police, he staggered backward and supposedly cracked his skull on the concrete. Later it was determined that he was an activist and it was staged with fake blood.

no, like baldo said, only the impeachment removal would do that. Right now, I'm more concerned with what more damage he can do in the next 2 weeks. I'd even be in favor of a back room deal where Pence would agree to pardon him. I don't say that lightly, it's that important we stop him from doing more damage.

I see exactly the same thing. Two of my posts on this thread were removed this morning, although everything I posted were facts and not the conspiracy theory nonsense that's posted by some on this board. I've not received an email or any other communication from the moderator on the reasons the posts were taken down. I suspected it may be because I used the term traitorous describe the mob and those who post lies and conspiracy theories advanced by a president that is now fully disgraced.

It seems to me that the supporters of our current president are free to post whatever nonsense they desire on the board. However, non-supporters who have different opinions have to be careful about their posts, lest they be removed by moderator(s) who appear to be biased to the president's supporters.
