Added the train ride, now I just need to build up the emotional energy to call the hotel and finish the registration.... Really wish that part could be done online, but c'est la vie... (I'm weird, I accept that.)

Okay, only took me two days to build up the courage to make the phone call, but I got 'er done finally...

That's what wives are for.  Smiley (well, they got a couple more uses)

Ya' know Meathead, you probably need to be nice to everyone here, so we don't share some of your posts with Brenda.  moon

-Can't be bothered to call about a ReFi to save us untold dollars before (political comment redacted)
-Makes 50%+ more than me

You can do the refi without picking up the phone.

You can initiate it, but most places will eventually want to talk on the phone....

And regardless, since she said she would own that task, I don't dare step on her toes and take it over with an online initiation of said activity.....

Yeah, if she said she would own it, best keep your hands off.  BUT, if you happen to get an email from your current lender and innocently answer it....

We just refinanced through our existing lender.  Easiest thing ever.  No phone calls, no income verification, no credit check hit... and we're going to skip 2 payments!!

I hope this is a good indication with that number of registrants in the first couple weeks. With 5 months to go I hope it more than triples. I'd love to see that parking lot so full that riders are jockying for parking space at times. Shades of Zanesville!  cooldude

The first Frisco, CO and the first Bellaire, MI were actually bigger than Zanesville!!  But, I'd be thrilled with attendance close to any of them!  Fingers crossed.

That's what I understand, but Zanesville holds a soft spot in my heart...that's where I attended my first two; #2 & #3 but not as a registered guest as in the following years. I was staying with my sis-in-law in the Columbus area and rode over 2-3 times during the day.

I understand.  The bikes were new, the people were new, so many vendors.  I don't think anyone did much riding.

Gonna have to add another Yankee to the list and an Ohioan at that.
I am going to be a bit more talkative this time around I'm an introvert by nature. I was at Roanoke and kept to myself. Finally gonna make a point of meeting some of you. In Roanoke I did enjoy a little conversation in Shula's place with Farside and Chrisj CMA
See you in Athens
BTW, any Northerners that may want to ride down together let me know. I heading down Tuesday the 15th.

Just looked at the "Who's Going" list to see if I recognize names. Was glad to see Pat & Carolyn Schmidt are signed up, missed them the last few years. Did see a good number of friendly old names and a number I don't recognize. Good...that's what we need to keep the club going with fresh entries. I'm sure there will be a few more from Florida...sure do miss the old gang.  cooldude

I am looking forward to Inzane and the group gatherings...like PAIS, I also was at Roanoke and kept to myself a little too much, but after two trips to the Yooper ride and a ride in southern Indiana, I feel way more comfortable talking and mingling .

175 now.  We've officially passed last year's attendance (somewhere in the 160s).  Granted, last year was badly impacted by cv-19 restrictions.

Is the Hotel sold out?

The online inventory says GZ hotel is sold out. I need to confirm that with Lori (she is keeping the hand count).

We have an overflow hotel ready to go, if it is indeed sold out.
