What does First come First served mean, in relationship to the hotel?

I just registered for Inzane and a hotel room. I clicked on first come, first served, for the room. When I was finished I wasn`t sure if I had room reservations or not! Can anyone clear that up for me? Also I saw nothing about a discount on the room as a registered attendee.

There are a limited number of some room types.  The hotel has asked us to take requests for the rooms and then pass it on to them.  First come, first served means if you request a room that the hotel has run out of or is running out of the rooms will be assigned in the order the requests were received.

Thank you very much for the information. I didn`t want to ride 400 plus miles and not have a room when I arrived. :cooldude:

The prices listed are the discounted prices.  Only attendees can get a room at the ground zero hotel.  We have all the rooms blocked, except a few that were already booked before our contract.  We put first come, first serve, only because ppl are usually clambering for the least expensive rooms.  We posted hotel rates, but inevitably someone will complain that there is no $99 rooms.  By adding that, we were hoping that ppl would see that they shouldn't wait if they want one of those rooms and also understand if they missed it.

Does anyone know the name of the hotel?

Hotel information is provided when you register.  We will be in the vicinity of the University.

There's one left at the nearby creek but you'll need to bring your own tin cup and canteen.   :)

The ground zero hotel is in the vicinity of the university.  Waldo has not yet registered for the event.
