Search for motels in Newberry, MI.  There are a 4 or 5 close by.

This sounds like it would be a great event to go to, and I'd love to spend more time exploring that area. Had a brief taste on my way back from Morgantown Inzane several years ago. I think there's a good chance that the border may not be open yet by July though. What are the other motels in the area if one wanted to reserve one, in case things open up later in the Spring and the opportunity to go presents itself?

You are correct... This is indeed a great event to attend! I hope you can make it... Not sure if I'll be there, but only because of several current variables plus my usual 'MO' is to not know what I might do most of the time. I also truly hope our respective borders are opened soon! I miss touring your wonderous corner of the universe, and I'd very much like to do some more... soon, too! I'll probably run across you sometime or other... looking forward to that, as well...

Truly hard to say, this year even harder... Still, it is a fab event with some of the best folks I know attending, so... I may go ahead and make a reservation anyway, but... I really have no way of knowing for sure... If I do make it, however, better warn Petra there would be a great big hug coming her way!!! Maybe we could even share some Dr. Peppers together, too... I have a connection for that, ya know...
