Four of us went on a loop ride today. 3 Valk tourers and a 1200 GS. In 215 miles, we saw so many bikes, I got tired of raising my hand to wave. We went East out of Mesa to Superior. South to Winkleman for gas. 
South through Oracle and up 77 to Florence. Past the Tom Mix memorial where he died. Predominate bikes were HDs, Indians, 1200 GSs and our 3 Valks. Sorry, no pics so maybe this didn’t happen without proof.

Got in a 60 minute ride this afternoon @ 1430, air temperature 45*, mostly sunny.
Finally got the bike started after it not being cooperative for the past seven days; needed to run it down the road to clear the carbs, valves, cylinders, warm up and circulate oil in the crankcase, and roll those wheel bearings and the rear differential.
Colder than snot, but invigorating as hell. Smiley

No hijack intended.  Just wanted to shout "Glory!".

Sorry Connie, no pics taken. Desert refugee (Darrell) and John Alphonso were the other 2 valks. The GS rider is Tim; new to me today.
