Doesn't one of the FL crowd have a Road Glide faring on his Valk. (Nick or Bronxboy?)
I seem to remember it at Maggie Valley NC during the Spearfish Inzane.
It is a frame mount fairing (and a better aerodynamic design than any batwing).
Looks great on a Valk.

I think I found it. (and I think he bought it that way)

Reason I remember, my old 1986 Harley FXRD (and also FXRTs (Tourer) and FXRP (Police)), before FXRs were replaced with Dynas in the early 90s, was the last (and maybe only) fixed fairing bikes Harley sold, before the Road Glide. Rode it 18 years and traded up up to a '99 Interstate.

Only the 1986 FXRDs came standard with lowers (under the fairing), which could go on and off (but they could be bought and added to RTs and RPs).
Here is the rarest FXRP cop bike fairing (with extra lights, but without lowers) next to a later Road Glide (fixed fairings).

A fixed fairing takes all the weight off the handlebars and steering is lighter and less affected by wind (but the ABS of the FXRs and Valk fairings is lighter than the fiberglass of the Road Glide fairing). Only downside is in darkness, your lights are always a wee bit behind you in turns.
Both came with stereos and speakers too. But I know absolutely nothing about bolting/wiring one up to a Valk.
