1-31-2020 I started using a Granitestone Diamond fry pan. It EXCEEDS and SURPASSES All my expectations of What a non stick fry pan Should be. Fry up my bacon in the A M wipe out the residue with a paper towel drop in the eggs and when they are ready to flip No Problem. Eggs flipped with out breaking the yolk. Scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage cooked in this pan All of the food comes out. Frying a burger and topping it with cheese the cheese no stick. Wipe it out and do the bacon and egg thingy again the next morning. Fried chicken doe's not stick either. To say I'm happy with the pan IS slightly understated. Pork chops seasoned up do not stick either. FINALLY a non stick pan That IS NON STICK!  cooldude And as a guess I probably have Not checked All the boxes this pan IS capable of. RIDE SAFE.

Glad to hear it, non stick has always been such a tricky thing to get juuuuuuust right.... I recently got a pair of these, and have been VERY happy with them, similar to the experience you described:

I've seen the ads for these. Notice these come with a lid. Mine did Not come with a lid. But I had a lid on hand that fit rather nicely. And I also like how Easy my pan cleans up=inside and out. And IF memory seves paid just about the same as your's is listed for plus of course Missouri State sales tax!  Lips Sealed RIDE SAFE.

Agreed. I have two Granitestone Diamond fry pans now. Love them. You're doing it right too. They say don't put cold water into a hot pan as that will kill some anti stick features.

I've been very impressed with the aluminum frying pans from our local restaurant supply place.  They weld up real nice and the nonstick coating doesn't melt off of the back side of the weld.  They do great at keeping the sun from dry rotting the wheels on my gate.

You know Robert; Harbor Freight probably has wheels to fit your needs but what fun would that be??

Yup, this is my third set of HF tires.  The first two were pneumatic and had dry rotted and went flat (I don't open that gate that often, but it seemed like everytime I did, the tires were flat).  These are solid rubber, but I figured they'd last longer if I gave them some UV protection.

That's where I got the idea - used to be my job to pull them off and put them back on.  I used to hate those things.

Thanks.  I was trying to figure out the easiest way to make wheel pants, but I couldn't find and fenders that small and one day it dawned on me, why not weld a couple of frying pans together and cut a hole in the bottom big enough to get the wheel in, and viola.

most nonstick coating pans new work very well.  Over the years though most loose some of their non stick properties and not many, if any,  will be non stick forever.  Constant heating/cooling slowly takes the non stick coating off even the best pans.   As we all know do not use metal.
