A problem I never knew existed, possibly most prevalent in California. California has a bill before their legislature to make it illegal, I haven’t read it so I don’t know what the penalty might be.
Stealing in the context of this truly landmark piece of legislation is “removing a condom without consent”. I picked up this piece of info off Facebook so it is somewhat suspect but did list the bill as AB 453.
I just didn’t want any of you guys getting in trouble just for being unaware.
But what if you're wearing a mask, have a normal rectal temperature, and are more than 6 feet apart?
