Well, today I decided to tear into an old IS seat I had to make it a little more comfy.  Can't justify another Ultimate seat right now.  I mean, the seat would be worth 25% of the value of the whole bike.  So, decided to soften it up a little and throw some gel in it for me and the admiral.  Forgot to take pictures of the admiral's seat when I was doing it.

Also gave me the chance to drop the seat height about a 3/4" and push myself forward an inch.  Now I can reach the ground and the handlebars.

Going back with the same for now.  Hoping to upgrade it when I can get the upholstery shop scheduled
