Saturday Feb. 6th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm...

We will be gathering in the Three Fires Room of the Hotel...for a social meet and greet...there will be a cash bar in the room ...also tables set up for items for sale...so if you have items you would like to sell feel free to bring them...

From 5:00 pm till 6:30 pm we will walk over to the Soaring Eagle Firefly Buffet (short walk just down the hall from room) They will have an area set a side for our group ...cost is $18.75 per person...this is a World Class Buffet...

We will meet back at the Three Fires Room from 6:30pm till 8:00 pm for our 2010 Michigan Misguided/VRCC Riding Season Meeting...

After meeting there is a beautiful pool and hot tub area also an outdoor hot tub for our enjoyment

...along with several lounges...they are in the process of building a new night club which should be done in time for our event...

The Soaring Eagle Resort is a 5 star Hotel...room rates normally go for $160 + a night ...BUT for our event if you make reservations early you will get a First Class room for the unbelievable rate of $109 a night...
