IS Fog Light Mounting

I lucked out and came across a set of OEM IS fog lights...  only thing I am missing for the mounting is the 8mm bolt and collar that attaches to the upper most engine guard.  Anyone happen to have measurements for the bolt and collar?  Thanks!

Thanks, I downloaded those instructions last week and that’s how i knew that bolt and collar were missing.  I’m sure when i get ready to install them I can figure out what I need via “trial and error”, I was just hoping to save some time snd have everything i need ready to go.

I picked up a used set, everything except the rubber gasket. But the parts aren't with me, all I can do is try to remember when I go by and find them and inspect, if you haven't found out by then.
