New guy here first time Valkyrie owner. Just finished servicing my new to me 1997 Valk,  have an elementary question  thought I would check here for answer.  I have stripped all the bags, fairing, ect and made a  bobber out of it.  I had to install a different headlight.  the question is when I turn the key on the headlight comes on.  It functions hi/low fine but stays on all the time is that normal?

Yes , it is for the morons in cages to know where you are so they can run you off the road and say they didn't see you.
Welcome to the best bike made.  Think about Inzane.

It should stay on all the time except when you press the start button to start the bike.
