thanks steve for the pics, it looks like most of the hardware is mounted under inside the pod under the adjustable vent. did you drill holes and cut out for the hardware. or just drilled holes and "folded" the plastic under?

Where did you get those? Is there a closer pick? Are the adjustable? Do they stay tight? What size are they? Is this alot of questions? I'm wondering if they would work under the wings of my batwing. Thx!

You talking about the Radiator Deflectors? As you can see, I have the Bakers also. Anyway, I wouldn't have an I/S without them. Got the wife a set for her Std that I put I/S pods on this fall. She can't wait to try them out this spring. do you have the written instructions as well? i would love to read thru them before i start drilling and cutting! TIA

Are those the same deflectors that mount to the sides of the windshield? Sure look the same.

i'm not sure, but i supposed they could. they bolt on rather than clip on, so they wouldn't be temporary on a windshield.

(I also have the matching deflectors on my OEM windshield) I found a new set for Laura's bike on eBay for $140.00...still in original package. I have not had to tighten them since putting them on several years ago. I'm not sure about putting them on your BatWing. There are other BatWing Mfg that have something similar for the lower edge of the fairing, but I'm not sure if that is something they sell separate.

Yes 2 drilled holes per side and 2 notches cut along the edge of the black panels for the brackets to pass between it and the hard ABS of the pods.

Most are slightly angled to fit on the inner fairng. Mine has no inner. HD parts guy said none was made for the pan head fairings. I really like the HD dragonfly wings. I was thinking if the mounting bracket bends over the lip of the batwing I could just drill mounting holes. I really don't want to notch out the lip of the batwing if I don't have to. I've only rode a month in cold weather with the b'wing. I'll have to give more of a test this summer before I decide how to proceede.
