I’m not. But, I have learned to make a couple things well over the years. I think I make a pretty good cheesecake. I also think I make a good “Alaskan” Jambalaya. I just don’t do them often enough. I haven’t made Jambalaya in at least a couple years. Today was the day.  Smiley

I'm like Bighead in that I've only heard of the Cajun variety before... Probably worth a try, though, and it does look interesting... Sometimes local dishes can be surprisingly good... like the grilled Caribou and a Musk Ox T-bone steak, to name but two, I stumbled across back in the day... Maybe we should call you Julius Child...?   cooldude
