I'm not sure if these videos have been posted here already but I found them very helpful in my recent successful carb redo because of leaky rails I failed to do last time. The Red Eye kit is a gem he really sets one up for success with the extra little tools and baggies of goodies. The Valk service manual, Red Eye's kit and these videos is all you need. The youtuber is a novice as am I so I overlook some of the novice like stuff. These start after the carbs are removed from the bike,

I've watched his (tom asay) videos and they're good on other topics also.
D-Ray Smith also posted some excellent youtube videos 8 years ago.

Yea I've seen D Ray's but Tom takes up where D Ray left off as far as separating and reassembling the carb rack.

My carb tubes all looked like this. Crusty and rock hard orings

I used both. I found Tom’s when I was putting them back together. I wished I watch Tom’s when I took them apart. D-Ray had good information in his also but I think Tom’s is more in depth. I sent him a message through YouTube and he got back to me right away.

Without Tom's video's I'm not sure if I'd have the Valk all buttoned up and purring like a kitten! Breaking the carb racks apart and reassembly with the help of Tom's video's is easier than I ever expected.

Hint:  When installing the airbox tightly zip tie 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6 together and it will just drop in then cut the zip ties and pull them out, secondly remove the filter and access the air tubes from above to rotate and get snug fit on carb tops.

D-ray operates a business fixing all type motorbikes, atv's, not only Valks and his videos he did eight years ago when video editing software wasn't as advanced or simpler as it is nowadays. I don't think he owns a Valk himself. I'd estimate it takes between 2-4 hours editing each video not including the hours it takes filming an episode.

True, Tom Asay separated the carb banks and that's is picking up where D-ray left off on Valk carbs. I surmise when Tom gets through, he'll end up video-ing everything that requires fixing on a Valk.
