no thanks to near all of those garages.  I would be afraid to spill oil, etc. onto the fancy flooring creating spots all over.  Plus,  pretty sure most of those garages are worth as much as my entire house. 

Why the need for ALL GLASS walls?  So the cars can see admiring the outside view?

Tools would imply that they work on their own cars. Not likely. If I had a garage like that, all I could afford is a restored 1988 YUGO.
