I got diagnosed for a CPAP - but that wasn't what I went to see the sleep doc about. I don't snore unless I'm on my back. My major sleep problem is NOT falling back to sleep after I get up in the middle of the night - and they didn't look at that at all....

I used to snore but have been using a c pap for about 5 yrs. I sleep better and deeper and I dont snore. My biggest problem with the full face mask is some of the time I forget to refill it with water and wake up with extreme dry mouth .... ha
