How to get more people vaccinated?

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine outlined a plan Tuesday night as he offered five $1 million prizes to adults who have been vaccinated and five full-ride scholarships to state schools to teens who get vaccinated.

Personally speaking, if I was an Ohio resident, I'd be rather annoyed about this.   But, that's just me.

If I was an Ohio teen I'd be annoyed!  I'd much rather win a cool million than a free ride on the indoctrination express.
