The Ol Girl needs fork seals. Asking for recommendations for what to go with. We thank you.

OEM stuff... "all the wear parts" are listed in the service manual which you can get here: http://valkyrienorway.com/download.htmlThere's way's people just change out the seals and dust covers without taking the forks off the bike... youtube probably has that... -Mike

I just ordered all the seals dust seals and bushings from pro caliber. About $100 free shipping. I’m not going to mess with the internals. Just break the lower and upper apart and leave all the springs set.
Good luck. Are you doing it yourself?
Ps. From pro caliber you get OEM Honda parts

For this particular job, spend a little extra $$ and buy OEM. I've had very mixed results with some of the aftermarket fork seal kits. Looking back, I've wasted a lot of money in the pursuit of saving money! Terry

I agree, only use Honda parts. I’ve found if you order $100 or more you save at pro caliber because shipping is free at that point

I installed two after market kits and had to replace them both. O E M is the only way to fly.

I also used an aftermarket kit in my first Valkyrie ( did not take long before one started leaking), the job went faster the second time using Honda parts!

I just used # 21 on both bikes. I used that method for the most part but protected the new seal by putting electrical over the sharp edges before sliding the new seal on the fork tube. Also broke down and bought myself a seal driver. Money well spent for me because I am always working on bikes.

+1 on the seal driver. I tried to cheap out making the DIY one from PVC pipe. No go with Balls seals. Bought a seal driver on ebay. Not used often but when you need it, you got it. If you have a local Valk group, probably good to have one to share for the group.

I just did the seals on the RustyValkyrie a month or 2 ago. You can read about it on my thread in the 1500 tech section, "Saving the RustyValkyrie". You'll find links other members posted (I did the forks right at the end so that will be near the end of the thread) that showed the short cut to replacing the seals without complete disassembly of the shock assemblies.
