I started at the Gym about 12 years ago after I retired from working 60 - 70 hours a week. I went from a 38 jacket to a 42. Could not wear any of my suits, shirts. Need to be strong to hold up a Valk.

Don`t slack off on your work out`s, easy to do. I still have mine M-W-F mornings. Good luck.
