OK, by now most of you posters know that I'm somewhat disabled (and trying hard not to be!).
Last weekend I went to the CW International M/C Show and got there early enough to get an electric scooter,...yes a little Amigo.

Of course I'm a Valk rider, and I take that seriously, but have you ever noticed that GoldWing riders seem to sometimes go a bit overboard? By that I mean the matching riding gear (helmets and jackets), the merit badges, and rally patches, engraved windshields, way to many lights and superfurlous chrome doodads.

But this guy needs to seriously consider how his hobby has impacted his life in general. OK, at least he isn't a Harley pirate, but he stills needs help.

I want one.......  I have a matching full face helmet already.    Seriously, I would like one....   even tho I doubt I would get much use of out it (for now at least).

Alph the "exterior illumination" on your Valk would put Clark Griswold (Christmas Vacation movie) to shame.  I sort of like it!

So, anyone else see the irony here?

Momz posts that Wing riders have too many lights.  Alph objects posting a picture of his bike with too many lights.  Wingrider responds with "I want some of those."

by the way, that is a cool scooter!  to get back onto the subject!  i would have to say that if i needed assistance with walking, and i could not ride my Valk anymore, i'd do exactly what that guy did with his chair!  looks great!

C'mon Moms, Each to his own, right?  By the way alph, the lights look very cool, not sure how the supposed freethinkers would accept them here in Motown though. I need to figure how to make my flames light up. Maybe some fiber optic strands that can be fanned out into "a thousand Points of light". Whos got a very small drillbit? Sounds like a wintertime project.
