Been a while since I have been on here, see if this works. I just listed my bike on Craigslist! Since returning from our Joseph Jaunt in September of 2019, I've ridden a total of maybe 15 miles. I guess I'm done with it, since I got the hot rod finished, it's getting all the attention.

As we all know the Valkyries don't like to sit, and it's a lot of work to keep them properly maintained, so I decided to offer it up for sale. If it sells, fine. If it doesn't sell, that's fine too, I still like just looking at it! Maybe I'll just drain all the fuel out and put it in the living room!

I really don't know what these bikes are selling for these days, I just picked a number, see what happens!

Cal I knew that Hotrod would be trouble. Between that and Covid the whole riding thing has fallen apart.

I have been mostly playing with the airplane because there was nowhere else to go.

Kathy and I have our shots now and Los Pinos is open. She is out of town until Thursday but after that we should have a Margarita.

Text me if you think that would work for you.

Sorry to hear this Cal,  but certainly understand where you're coming from. I like the livingroom idea...can sit on it while watching old westerns on YT Grin
The hot rod is always welcome at Valhalla btw... along with its builder and his better half cooldude

That's a nice bike you have...I think anyone looking for a Valk who knows anything about them will see the value at that price. Guys brag about picking one up for 3 grand and then put 2 or 3 more into it to make it reliable for longer distance riding... yours is properly looked after and ready to take anywhere... along with the rarer colour scheme and your mods. I think it's a fair price. You should copy this add to the main Classifieds page too.... also, many guys are buyng and selling on the VRCC FB site as well.

If I were in the market for a real nice I/S I would buy yours in a heartbeat. Well worth the price!

Compared to what I saw on your local CL, the price isn't too far off, knowing some of what you have in that bike.

Also, this 15 miles you rode, is 15 times more than I've done.  Cry

SOLD! I ended up getting $7000 including the Garmin GPS, a few spare parts and a jack adapter. I’m OK with that. It was hard to see it go however, but it went to a good home in Monroe. I suggested to the new owner that he join the VRCC so you might see him on here.
