My brother has a 99 Tourer he's let sit for a couple of years.  Needs a battery for sure, but I cautioned him on trying to start it before clearing the cylinders of a possible hydro-lock.

He has about ZERO mech ability.  Supposedly, he worked on choppers in the Army. Roll Eyes

Looking for anyone that can work on her, to get her running.  Might need some carb work.

PM with any suggests.
