The pressure sensor is located on the inside of the rim at the Schrader valve.  When the tire spins, the bead are slung out against the inside of the tire.  The beads will not interfere with the pressure unit.

I've the aftermarket screw on TPMS on the valve stem, and the bulk beads in my tires. I've not had any problem, but realistically only 5K miles on them.

I switched from beads to BBs. They cost much less, work just as well, and don't clog up the valve core.

For TPMS I use the Show Chrome TireGard system with the sensor in the valve cap. It shows pressure as well as temperature. Yesterday I was riding the F6B in Wyoming, where interstate speed limits are posted at 80 MPH. Ambient temperature was 72 degrees. My front tire read 73, but the rear tire was 106! No wonder the rear tires don't last on these bikes. BTW the pressure on the rear increased by nearly 10 PSI.

Used those too. They're easy to retrieve if a few spill on the floor. They make a distinctive sound when rolling the bike around.
