Where is the fuse box?  Looking in the manaul and can't find it.

Playing around with wiring passing lights, hooked them up, didn't work like I thought so unhooked.  Now.....no neutral light, no running lights, no tach.  That's all I've found so far, haven't ridden.  Brakes, turn signals, headlight, etc. all operate.  Hoping I popped a fuse.

Help?

Thanks

Fuses are behind the right side side cover. Don’t break the tabs On the side cover

Passing lights are best run through a switch-activated relay controlled by the bike's high/low beam wires. The relay supplies power to them directly from the battery - never via the bike's wiring harness.

Search the Tech Forum for "driving light relay". Should come back with threads and schematics on how to do it right.

 cooldude

thanks to both of you.  Got all working again and took a 12 mile check ride.  I have a Shadow Tourer 1100 and the driving lights on it work fine.  I copied how it was done, didn't work quite the same on the Valk.  I did confirm on the wiring diagram that both bikes use the brown/white wire for the turns.

Lots of good info on the search for driving lights.  Gonna start from scratch next week.  Have a bike show and poker run tomorrow.....no work on Sunday.  Thankfully, the weather's gonna be nice for the next few days.

Take care, be safe.
