Made up some stacks. Not sure if I'll leave them on, but for about $25 they turned out alright.

PVC bends, 22.5' or so, and some screen?

Doesn't look too bad.

I wonder if a can of silver/aluminum (shinny) paint would make them look better, matching the chrome.

1.5" street/spigot 22.5 degree elbow. Sanded, painted satin black, dollar store sieve. Used a small spacer to hold the screen a bit higher. Notched the bottom to drain any water and siliconed them on.
