When this happens to an antique it’s rare that people call me before applying gorilla glue and messing it up. This time I got first crack at it and it turned out right



I Had to invent a clamping procedure but it wasn’t that hard



One day later it’s as good as new

Yes, it did long ago. I think that’s what weakened the leg. I infused enough epoxy resin to fill many of those holes, turning a weakness into a strength
