OK, so I saw the orthopedic guy this week. Still no weight bearing? Are you kidding? One of my greatest accomplishments has been my ability to bear a lot of weight, and even throw it around! Interior roaming on a wheelchair, only allowing me to transfer to the ceramic throne using a walker... until I see him again in 6 weeks. He said my season was over.... No, I didn't mention the kneewalker.... with the newly attached battery powered drill next to the rear wheels.... seriously, I am well cared for by friends and neighbors. Thank God for grocery delivery. Slept without the boot last night, ankle hurt this morning, looks like boot will stay for a while. Please get some wind for me this season, all I seem to do is break it... could be so much worse, (ok, not the wind breaking)... this, too, shall pass.... stay safe, and yell at the idiots on the road for me once in a while!  angel angel Evil

On the bright side, the weather has been crappy making riding somewhat limited. You should be just about ready to be released from isolation as the snow begins to fly.
Sounds like you have a good state of mind to be going through this.  Heal Well.

Thanks, Gary! Now that they've given me some light therapy, I can feel the progress!

Actually, 9 June, but I believe they did a serious disinfection both before and after the surgery... Tommy (Cat) keeps getting on the bed and demonstrates his preferred method, but I just don't bend or fold that way anymore... put a small fan inside the window (or I could just ride in front of you) for additional wind... seeing progress, can't kick...

A man is at home when he hears a knock at the door. He opens the door and sees a snail on the porch. He picks up the snail and throws it as far as he can. A few years later there’s a knock on the door. He opens it and sees the same snail. The snail says: ‘What the hell was that all about?

Hope your recovery is faster.......

I know well the troubles you speak. When i had my foot surgery I was an ace a racing around on the kneelie and doing the crab crawl upstairs. Don't be a Paul and lean, rest, walk on it til they tell you. It takes much longer to heal and even then it doesn't heal correctly. Be a Karen. Be tough.

Thanks, Paul! Have you been talking to the Doctor... or Chris? funny, they said the same thing...Hope you and Kathy are well! Not touching the knee walker! It's busy holding a plastic box...  smitten
