Wife is an herbalist and we grow it (Mullein) actually it grows wild along with nettles, elcampagne, skullcap, and a dozen or so other "weeds" that for millenia have been used by humans to great effect

I use it during hay fever season along with goldenrod tincture when the pollen is thick on the driveway

She makes tincture with vodka to draw out the medicinal properties of the herb   It takes a good while to make a batch but keeps forever as a tincture.    Took it while I had covid19 when could not get hydroxy


Before meeting her I had awful allergies and lived on sudafed   Now no meds for almost 40 yrs

Plantain leaves draw out poison from insect bites like bees in minutes.  Just chew them and put on the affected skin

I’ve worked in machine shops since high school and then 15+ years in an oil refinery where you could actually see the air you were breathing. My 1st tool room job was in a technical ceramic plant with dust everywhere. 30 years of active weed ingesting didn’t help my lungs either.
5 or 6 cases of pneumonia to boot.
