New York Yankees V Chicago White Sox and the Sox Were Victorious!  cooldude They built near that movie set an M L B speced field and 8 homers went into the corn last night. And judging by what seeing the players and fans there looked like a hot and humid Iowa night!  Wink And I Know here lately lotsa us here stayin away from pro sports But That game Was Special last night. RIDE SAFE.

Yes, balls jumping out of the park into the cornfield; the last one in the bottom of the ninth for Chicago, a two run shot to beat the Yankees (phtuh, phtuh) and flush'em one more game away from making the playoffs.

Admittedly, I really enjoy the "Field of Dreams" movie but truthfully, I wouldn't walk across the street to watch any professional game now if I had free tickets and concessions.   Doing it in Iowa near the movie set/field is strictly a publicity stunt to gain some fans back.   Screw those overpaid entertainers.

Oh, sorry, was just think'n that and my fingers typed that all on their own.  Oops.

oh well missed it, but saw the field/area in IA and is pretty darn good shape for in the middle of nowhere.   If ever in the area worth a stretch to at least go look at the ball field.

really do not know anyone in their right mind who would spend 1500 on up for a MLB ticket though

sort of near JPcycles as well just south of there, so kill 2 birds in one stone cycle parts shopping:  https://www.jpcycles.com/anamosa
