Got the carbs mounted one my motor this weekend but not sure of rubber line hook-ups.  I have de-smoged the motor so pair valves ect are gone.  I assume the little ports in the intake manifolds can be plugged now ( that is question #1) and the other connections ( approx a 5/16 ID hose ) on each carb is for fuel lines.  I have parts list and a manual but just not real clear( question #2).  Also is the basic Valk a gravity feed on fuel?   Thanks for the help!!

The little port on intake #(6?) - the rear one on the left side - supplies vacuum to the petcock, the others
can be plugged.
