Hey, want to jump in and encourage early registration for this year's Ride for Kids. The effort is to help children with brain tumors/cancers. A change this year is that the rides all over the US are happening on the same day as National Ride for Kids Day event. An ancillary piece to encourage folks to come out to help and to fundraise in advance -- as you'll see from the attached DFW flier, each eligible rider registering by Sept 10 gets an opportunity to win a new Honda. For those who raise online donations by then, there are additional drawings available, including ATVs and other motorcycles. With Covid, who knows what the rides will be like, but the kids fighting cancer still need our help. The Texas VRCC members have been the top fundraising and participating club at several of the Texas events in the past.
