I saw that earlier today.  I read the first three paragraphs.  And I wondered. 

We can see the ships that have been kept at sea on pictures/images presented on here.

We can see there are a large number of trucks traveling on our interstate highways and connecting roads (at least here in SC). 

My concern is "motivation".   We have been inundated with "news" and "messages" and at times I wonder is there a motive to these things. Not to inform but to change.

The first question that comes to mind is what is the normal state of these ships and their wait to unload?

I don't know.
