Wow Ive seen ocean fishing with a sword fish and others but I have never seen this before. Its insane the strength, maybe if they had let the fish tire out it would have been different but they wanted to muscle it in. Pretty neat.

Strongest Men VS Strongest Fish

https://rumble.com/vnbicr-strongest-men-vs-strongest-fish.html

In this episode of BlacktipH, I go fishing with some of the strongest men in the world to try battle one the strongest fish in the world! I invited JujiMufu (fitness freak and social media celebrity), Devon Larratt (World Arm Wrestling Champion and ex-special forces), and Layne Norton (World Champion powerlifter and fitness expert) on a quest to catch some monster Goliath groupers using stand-up tackle. Everyone quickly discovered how difficult it is to catch goliath groupers using stand-up tackle. All three men had very intense battles with these sea monsters! #fishing #strongest #fish #fitness

yah, I have seen that on youtube.  I think the youtube video is longer and the skinny guide does a better job handling the giant goliath groupers better than the strong men do.

go to 30 minute mark and watch the guide do a better job controlling the pole and goliath.

18 minute mark the guide does a better job

On vacation in Florida, we went out on a big charter boat with about 40 of us on the boat elbow to elbow and although I only caught a few red snapper 100 feet down on wrecks,   the person next to me had something HUGE on unable to raise it off the bottom 100feet much at all.  battling it for over 30 minutes with no luck on budging it much off bottom.  I wonder what it was??   Another person caught a dolphin but as soon as it jumped into the air a few times,  required to cut the line off ASAP.

I wanted to come back with bigger fish than just a few 6-7 lb. red snapper that IMO was not great tasting to begin with, just o.k. tasting.    sorta sucked being elbow to elbow with fishermen got a few snags with them using heavy weight to get down on the wrecks 80-100 ft down or so.  Was even worse is the 4 hour charter trip was well over 2 hours going out and back 10 miles off shore and then ONLY fishing 10-20 minutes on each GPS marked spot.  If no one of the 40 catch much in 10-15 minutes, the charter captain told us to reel in and move onto the next GPS spot taking another 20-30 minute boat ride so guessing 1 hour tops of fishing in 4 hours was not my cup of tea.

And here I Tought a 2 1/2  3 pound large mouth bass or a Northern Pike was a nice fight to land/boat. Landed a snapping turtle or two that Really Fought. Those cursed Groupers would kill this old guy!  Lips Sealed Interesting video!  cooldude RIDE SAFE.

I dunno, petting them seems so much nicer than hooking them.

Gonna be two half sisters if sharky gets bitey.  That thing is a monster.

I've been scared by smaller toothy fish and ocean mammals before (big barracuda, gar pike, manatee) mostly as they snuck up on me swimming in fins and mask.  You turn around to look and there they are right behind you watching you.

I could not swim with a huge shark (or probably a medium one either).  My feces and urine would give me away as scared shitless.
