Today for the first time I road route 63 south in NH from route 9 in Chesterfield to route 119 in Hinsdale. It was beautiful with lots of ups and downs and twisties and sparsely populated, too. If you get a chance, give it a ride or drive and enjoy.

From Hinsdale, I took 63 south into MA. I've ridden this section lots of times. Today I was able to pull over at the MA line near the Northfield Drive-In to take a picture of one of the many sod farms that are found along this section of route 63. A beautiful carpet of green.   Cool

Tony, I ride that route many times each year back and forth to my brother’s  house just North of Saratoga NY.  Rode it last weekend.  The farmers found it better to grow turf than corn.  Did you see the garage in Northfield clad in old license plates?

I think I did see the garage in Northfield. If you're traveling south on 63, it's on the left, right?

The WX this October has been fantastic! The temps are considerably warmer than normal. And the colors are really starting to pop in southern NH.  cooldude
