same way with those darn prius's in parking lots.  I did not hear it backing up and hit me (bumped me) walking,  luckily 1 mph tops backing up so I yelled at her to STOP.  luckily she did not panic and floor the prius running me over but doubt that would happen those prius's have NO POWER.

I had a rental ONLY once and in winter was stuck solid to a frozen pile of snow with the front bumper as I was about ready to leave rental place.  The prius did not have enough power in reverse to get unstuck from that frozen pile of snow to the front bumper.  NO JOKE.  I told the rental place to get me another vehicle that had more power.

It happens I bet more than you would think with those SILENT electric cars in parking lot situations they sneek up behind you while walking totally silent and scare the heck out of you when they are mere feet away.
