Hi All,  I am ready to install my new pingel, just one question.  Do we need to use the o ring from the old petcock or is the sealing washer that comes with the pingel sufficent.  Any other hints about the install would be helpful.
Thanks

The Honda washer is not needed.

Lubricate the threads to aid tightening.

Have a small screw type hose clamp ready. The hose i/s diameter is not a good tight fit on the petcock barb and will leak with the stock clamp.

Now's the opportunity to wash all the sediment and junk out of the tank.  Use fresh gasoline to do it!

Ricky-D  Thanks for the input.  What would you recommend to wash out the tank?  That is a good idea.
