Does it change with engine rpm or with speed?  If it increases with speed or actually rear wheel rpm. I’d say u-joint or less likely the pinion cup splines.

Very hard to say with the lack of info you are giving. Pull the drivetrain and check the u-joint and pinion cup splines.

Like Chris said check them and also check your left rear wheel bearing. They have been known to make a clicking sound also. But feeling it in your foot pegs sounds like a bad u joint.

I recall that if the bike has not been desmoged, there was some parts in that apparatus that would make a clicking noise.

I doubt that you could feel the PAIR Valve pulses in the footpegs.

I'm going with U-joint at this point.

I would go with rear bearings as had that happen. I did not have clicking but just felt something when I was in tennis shoes only. Kinda of by accident but enough to get me to open it up. Bearings on rear was all rusted up. I changed them out and then rode to work a few days in tennis shoes and did not have it anymore. NOTE: Since doing that, I checked my final drive and everything was lubed and going smooth.

The OP hasn’t posted in here for a month. If he didn’t fix it he probably gave up. He didn’t seem that interested in figuring it out
