We lost Grumpy.  Definitely one of our kingpins.

Grumpy is not truly gone if he lives on in our hearts.
I bought a couple of his outboards after he passed. One of them I sold him and he restored it to running condition and painted it. That one means a lot to me now.
Also bought a hand built outboard rolling engine stand heavy enough for me to work on an engine with it. I always tell him "thanks" when I use it. A part of him lives on!

He work on my Valks a few times. I always enjoyed talking to him and listening to his stories when I dropped off or picked up.  RIP my friend.
I still have a set of Gumpy tips I bought from his very last production when he started to get sick. Still wrapped up they were when I picked them up.
