I have 111,000 miles on my 2001 IS....carbs synced once at about 50,000 miles (about 10 years ago)...
Never done anything else to the carbs....any suggestions as to cleaning?? Thanks.

Run copious amounts of fresh gasoline through them. I have 193,000 on mine and the carbs have never needed anything. I have a Digi Sync, but they've not needed adjusting. I do run the occasional bottle of B-12, Sea Foam, Marvel Mystery Oil, or my favorite-Amsoil Quick Shot fuel system cleaner through it.

I ride a motorcycle because nothing transports me as quickly from where I am to who I am.
