This must be a heck of a place to fish for catfish.
He also caught 4 others that were over 100lbs.

I wonder how old that thing is, to grow that big?   (probably also a function of good food supply)

I'm not a big tree hugger, but it seems a shame to yank him out of the water.

I've been stung by (small) catfish whiskers before, I wonder how those harpoons would sting?

Something's wrong with that picture.  The man at the tail is a two hundred plus sized man.  The catfish is more than a little bit larger than the man.

A 234 pound catfish is a huge monster but that seems overdone.  I'm not sure whether the picture has been worked or it's just the angle but that's not what a 234 pound catfish looks like.

Jess, one of the charts says about 24 years.
