I did up a Notes: document, listed the page # and the Section/page and what the topic is.

If you want mine, just send me an email, I'll forward it to you. You just follow the format and add in the page # for the item you are looking for. You go to the end index, find the section/page, go to the page # to find it.

example:
Clyinder Head      sec 8      pg 141
   valve cover install      pg 161
Clutch         sec 9      pg 171
