A motorcycle in this mess is quite interesting!  These roads were two lane when I moved here in 84!

I remember it well before that!
As a matter of fact I remember drag racing right in front of Marina Jacks! Ran against a 340 Cuda with our 454 Chevelle so must have been 1970. Cuda literally left 4-speed parts on the road that run. That 90 degree turn at the Southern end was, lets say, interesting to get slowed down for.

That is crazy Pappy, actually the first time I came to Sarasota was 1968, I was 7 years old and I remember playing with all my cousins and their friends. My uncle bought a 68 T-Bird and I was convinced my uncle was an astronaut and his car looked like a space ship inside with center console and overhead controls for something!  Fluid speedometer and move away steering wheel. I think my dad had a 64 Kenosha Cadillac! My dad was a nerd and my uncle was cool.  That T-Bird is in the hands of my cousin Rob luckily!
